With its cascading fountain and 100-year-old banyan trees, The Addison of Boca Raton is an elegant and magical place for a dream wedding. Sheryl, the mother of the bride, first contacted me after speaking with Irene from the FAU Music Department. She mentioned that her daughter, Amanda, lives in Sebring. Many of our couples are from out of town, and I said I would be delighted to help Amanda with ceremony music. We were familiar with The Addison, since we had done events there in the past.
Amanda knew that she preferred strings for her ceremony and decided on a violin and cello duo. She preferred more contemporary musical selections, and I assured her that we would be more than happy to accommodate her. These were her choices for the ceremony:
1) Bridal Party - "Hold You in My Arms" (Ray LaMontagne)
2) Bridal Entrance - "Latch" (Sam Smith), acoustic version
3) Recessional - "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" (Stevie Wonder)
The ceremony in the courtyard of the historic Addison was absolutely beautiful. Travis looked dashing, and Amanda was gorgeous in her wedding dress. It was a pleasure to work with Hobby Hill Florist, Inc., Creative Cake Factory, and The Addison to create an unforgettable day for the special couple.
